I spent several years looking for someone to repair a damaged antique secretary. I don’t know why I never found Bradley Livermoore at Marymoor Furniture until recently. He was worth the wait. When I contacted him he responded quickly, set up an appointment to pick up my piece, then very carefully moved it to his truck. That impressed me immediately. A few weeks later he brought the piece back to me and it was perfect. I could not tell where the damage had been. The repair was absolutely flawless. In addition, Brad found a few other details that needed attention and fixed those as well. I’ve had a lot of furniture refinished over the years, due to several moves in which my antique pieces were damaged, but none of the repairs were as perfect as this. In addition to being an obviously skilled craftsman Brad takes pride in his work — and that makes a difference. Careful and artistic furniture refinishing. We are so pleased with the work Brad did on a rocking chair that has been in our family for three generations. It needed lots of repair and restoration as well as refinishing, and he did it all with great craftsmanship and the eye of an artist. Wonderful job and attention to detail. I have had many pieces of furniture refinished here over the years and have found Brad to be helpful and courteous. He is always able to do a complex finish and sands each piece so that the finish is as smooth as a baby's bottom. He has a great eye for matching stain and is excellent at wood repair.
